V\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b je d\u00edky vyu\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch techniky mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskat podrobn\u00e1 data anal\u00fdzy, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm je schopen sportovec v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it svou techniku a v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00daVOD<\/h3>\n<p>Osmn\u00e1ct st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f (pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk 17 let, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka 176 cm, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 v\u00e1ha 86 kg \u00b1 20.07 kg) se \u00fa\u010dastnilo t\u00e9to v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie. V\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm po\u0159ad\u00ed byla pou\u017eita n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed: skok do v\u00fd\u0161ky, sprint na 9,1m, 36,6m a 91,4m; a Pro Agility test &#8211; test hbitosti.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny testy byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny na v\u0161ech ve stejn\u00fd den. Studenti m\u011bli stejn\u00fd zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed tr\u00e9nink trvaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 minut. Ten zahrnoval tak\u00e9 progresivn\u00ed sprinty a skoky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testovan\u00ed studenti se \u00fa\u010dastnili sprintu se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne po dobu 4 t\u00fddn\u016f. Tr\u00e9nink byl prov\u00e1d\u011bn na b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9m p\u00e1su FORCE (<a href=\"..\/\">Woodway<\/a>). Jde o nemotorizovan\u00fd b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s, kter\u00fd b\u011b\u017eec uv\u00e1d\u00ed do pohybu vlastn\u00edm b\u011bhem, zat\u00edmco je uv\u00e1z\u00e1n zezadu. P\u0159i testov\u00e1n\u00ed lze vyu\u017e\u00edt konstatn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e od 1 &#8211; 150 liber, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e lze p\u0159id\u00e1vat z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e po 1 lib\u0159e p\u0159es brzd\u00edc\u00ed mechanismus. Ka\u017ed\u00fd tr\u00e9nink trval p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 35 minut a skl\u00e1dal se z dynamick\u00e9ho zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku, zah\u0159\u00edvac\u00edch sprint\u016f, akcelerace se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed a stretchingu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00ddSLEDKY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Testovan\u00e1 skupina vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed sprint se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed prok\u00e1zala statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed ve v\u0161ech v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch testech b\u011bhem 4 t\u00fddn\u016f, a to p\u0159i pouh\u00fdch 8 tr\u00e9ninz\u00edch. Druh\u00e1 skupina, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed bez z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, nevyk\u00e1zala \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed. Mezi v\u00fdkony a zlep\u0161en\u00edm skupin byl zna\u010dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl (Graf 1). K velk\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed do\u0161lo p\u0159i sprintu na krat\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti. K tak v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu a rychl\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed u t\u011bchto st\u0159edo\u0161kolskc\u00fdh atlet\u016f moho doj\u00edt vlivem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b dosavadn\u00edch v\u00fdkon\u016f. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee zrychlen\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm aspektem v mnoha t\u00fdmov\u00fdch sportech, ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob zlep\u0161en\u00ed akcelerace je velmi cenn\u00fd pro tren\u00e9ry a atlety. Tento b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed je vyu\u017eiteln\u00fd i v men\u0161\u00edch prostorech uvnit\u0159 sportovn\u00edch klub\u016f a center a dok\u00e1\u017ee m\u011b\u0159it a analyzovat d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 hodnoty. P\u0159esn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a jej\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdkon s ohledem na \u010das, vzd\u00e1lenost a v\u00fddej energie m\u016f\u017ee cel\u00fd tr\u00e9nink a n\u00e1sledn\u00fd v\u00fdkon zna\u010dn\u011b zefektivnit.
