Ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj v oblasti designu b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f vedl k prvn\u00edmu velikostn\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u00e9mu nemotorizovan\u00e9mu b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9mu p\u00e1su. Tento nov\u00fd design vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u00e1s, kter\u00fd je rozpohybov\u00e1n samotn\u00fdm u\u017eivatelem a zak\u0159ivenou b\u011b\u017eeckou plochou, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 je tento b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s vhodn\u00fd pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky p\u0159i b\u011bhu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00cdL<\/h3>\n<p>Zkoumat fyziologick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na submaxim\u00e1ln\u00ed b\u011bh na mal\u00e9m zak\u0159iven\u00e9m nemotorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9m p\u00e1su.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>METODY<\/h3>\n<p>Skupina vytrvalostn\u00edch b\u011b\u017ec\u016f (mu\u017ei=6, \u017eeny=3) provedli inkrement\u00e1ln\u00ed (p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstkov\u00fd) \u00a0z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fd test na motorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9m p\u00e1su pro ur\u010den\u00ed\u00a0 % lakt\u00e1tov\u00fdch prah\u016f, lakt\u00e1tov\u00e9ho maxima (LT) a ostatn\u00edch maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch (MAX) hodnot.\u00a0 Zkouman\u00ed b\u011b\u017eci pak pro\u0161li \u010dty\u0159mi cvi\u010debn\u00edmi koly na \u00farovn\u00edch 50%LT, 65%LT, 80%LT a LT p\u0159i rychlosti b\u011bhu, a to jak na motorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9m p\u00e1su (MT), tak na nemotorizovan\u00e9m (CT). Ka\u017ed\u00e9 kolo cvi\u010den\u00ed trvalo 6 minut a po\u0159ad\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed MT a CT bylo n\u00e1hodn\u00e9. Mezi p\u0159echodem z MT na CT byla 10 minutov\u00e1 p\u0159est\u00e1vka a v\u0161echna m\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed prob\u011bhla v\u00a0jeden den. Po ka\u017ed\u00e9m\u00a0 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rychlosti, do\u0161lo\u00a0 k\u00a0 5 minutov\u00fdm pauz\u00e1m p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm kolem cvi\u010den\u00ed. Pokud byla rychlost sn\u00ed\u017eena, pauza p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm kolem trvala alespo\u0148 10 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto pauzy byly stanoveny proto, aby se zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty vr\u00e1tily k v\u00fdchoz\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m. Tep (HR), prom\u011bnn\u00e1 spot\u0159eba kysl\u00edku (VO2, VE, RR, RER), svalov\u00e9 okysli\u010den\u00ed (StO2), krevn\u00ed lakt\u00e1t (HLa) a hodnocen\u00ed vn\u00edman\u00e9 n\u00e1mahy (RPE) byly z\u00edsk\u00e1ny b\u011bhem posledn\u00ed minuty ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z kol z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9ho testu.<\/p>\n<p>Bylo provedeno obousm\u011brn\u00e9 &#8222;ANOVA&#8220; s opakovan\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm, na kter\u00e9 bylo navazov\u00e1no dle pot\u0159eby &#8222;t-testy&#8220; v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby (*P&lt;0.05).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-381\" title=\"tabulka\" src=\"http:\/\/www.woodwaycs.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabulka.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fysiomed.cz\/woodway\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabulka.jpg 605w, https:\/\/www.fysiomed.cz\/woodway\/wp-content\/uploads\/tabulka-300x126.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vysv\u011btlivky: <\/strong><br \/>\nMT &#8211; motorizovan\u00fd b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s<br \/>\nCT &#8211; nemotorizovan\u00fd b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s<br \/>\nVO2 &#8211; prom\u011bnn\u00e1 spot\u0159eba kysl\u00edku<br \/>\nHR &#8211; tep<br \/>\nHLa &#8211; krevn\u00ed lakt\u00e1t<br \/>\nRPE &#8211; vn\u00edman\u00e1 n\u00e1maha<br \/>\nStO2 &#8211; svalov\u00e9 okysli\u010den\u00ed<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00ddSLEDKY<\/h3>\n<p>U v\u0161ech atlet\u016f do\u0161lo k rozd\u00edl\u016fm ve spot\u0159eb\u011b kysl\u00edku. Hodnoty HR, HLa a RPE byly zna\u010dn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u b\u011bhu na nemotorizovan\u00e9m b\u011bh\u00e1tku CT ne\u017e u motorizovan\u00e9ho b\u011bh\u00e1tka MT, jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 vid\u011bt i z n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee na z\u00e1klad\u011b prahov\u00e9 hladiny lakt\u00e1tu takt\u00e9\u017e uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee v\u00fdkony na nemotorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9m p\u00e1su se b\u011b\u017eci dostali velice bl\u00edzko sv\u00e9mu maximu. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 n\u00e1maha p\u0159i b\u011bhu na CT mohla b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm t\u0159en\u00edm na nemotorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017e. p\u00e1su a\/nebo zv\u00fd\u0161enou svalovou aktivitou, jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f svalov\u00e9ho okysli\u010den\u00ed na CT. Fyziologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 z\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho \u00fasil\u00ed p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 rychlosti a vliv na sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon je t\u0159eba prozkoumat je\u0161t\u011b podrobn\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>PRAKTICK\u00c9 POU\u017dIT\u00cd<\/h3>\n<p>Tento m\u00e9n\u011b rozm\u011brn\u00fd b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd p\u00e1s mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt sportovci, pro rozvoj s\u00edly a rychlosti,bez pou\u017eit\u00ed postroje a dodate\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. V\u00fddej energie je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed na nemotorizovan\u00e9m b\u011b\u017e. P\u00e1su(CT), co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit k dal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdm a rychlostn\u00edm test\u016fm.
